FEES & SCHOLARSHIP POLICY

1. Policy Statement

Karwane Hayat Academy is an international-standard residential (boarding) Islamic school committed to nurture knowledgeable, character and purpose-driven leaders from diverse socio-economic backgrounds, guided by Islamic principles of justice, equity, compassion, trust and social welfare.

This policy establishes a transparent, fair, and nominal fee and scholarship framework aligned with global best practices with islamic values.

2. Policy Objectives

The objectives of this Fees & Scholarship Policy are to:

1. Ensure equal access to the same high-quality education, facilities, curriculum, and care for all students, irrespective of whether they come from affluent or economically weaker backgrounds.

2. Uphold the principle that privileged and under privileged students study together under identical academic standards, discipline and learning opportunities, promoting inclusion and education equity without discrimination of any kind and ensuring that financial status does not create educational segregation.

3. Provide structured financial assistance through scholarships to orphans, disadvantaged and meritorious students

4. Encourage community participation and social contribution by financially capable families.

3. Seat Allocation

To balance inclusivity and sustainability, admissions shall be allocated as follows:

1. A) 30% Seats – Zakat , Sadakat and Membership Supported (Merit + Need Based)
   Sponsored by the KHA Board, covering academy fees and hostel fees

   B) 70% Seats – Partial/Full Fee Paying (Merit Based)
   Parents under this category shall pay Partial/full Academy Fees and Hostel Fees as KHA approval.

4. Staff and KHS Member Welfare & Fee Concession Policy

In recognition of the dedication and service of staff and KHS Platinum, Gold and Silver members, 10% Quota. This benefit applies only during the active period.

Governing Provisions

These categories are non-statutory and non-caste-based and shall not be construed as reservations under constitutional or statutory law.

All admissions shall be subject to minimum eligibility criteria, availability of seats, and approval by the Competent Authority of the KHA.

The KHA reserves the right to regulate, revise, or discontinue these categories in accordance with applicable law and institutional policy.

Approval

This Fees Policy is approved and adopted by the KHA Management Committee of Karwan-e-Hayat Academy and shall come into force with immediate effect.

📊 सीट आवंटन (Seat Categories)

1. 30% सीटें (पूरी तरह मुफ्त): जकात और सदकात के सहयोग से मेधावी और जरूरतमंद छात्रों के लिए। (एकेडमी + हॉस्टल फीस माफ)।

2. 70% सीटें (आंशिक/पूर्ण शुल्क): योग्यता के आधार पर भुगतान करने वाले परिवारों के लिए।

3. 10% विशेष कोटा: हमारे समर्पित स्टाफ और KHS (Platinum, Gold, Silver) सदस्यों के बच्चों के लिए विशेष रियायत।
